Meet Gloria Ajuma Omale, the best ATBU student from the department of Chemical Engineering

Gloria Ajuma Omale hails from Ohimini LGA of Benue state and was born and raised in Kaduna state. She has exhibited a passion for learning and creativity from a young age.

She attended Bilkisu International School, Barnawa, Kaduna state, where she was awarded the best student in mathematics and Health Education during her primary school and broke the record of being the best student from JSS1 to SS3 during her secondary school days.

In 2016, she sat for both SSCE and JAMB and excelled; she later gained admission to Federal Kaduna Polytechnic to study Chemical Engineering, where she obtained a National Diploma and graduated as one of the best students with a distinction.

Furthermore, she applied to ATBU through Direct Entry (D.E) and was admitted into the department of Chemical Engineering.

She has been involved in numerous leadership roles, starting from being the class representative from JSS1 to SS3, Headgirl, and President of the fellowship of Christian students during her secondary school days, Assistant Librarian at Kaduna Polytechnic NSChE Chapter, Treasurer of FCS Kadpoly NSChE Chapter, and Treasurer of NSChE ATBU Chapter.

She has demonstrated remarkable dedication and compassion by voluntarily tutoring her peers and offering help to those in need. Her selflessness, patience, and enthusiasm have created a supportive learning environment, inspiring others to follow her example. Through her tireless efforts, she has not only fostered academic growth but also built a sense of community and belonging within her class. Her kindness, generosity, and leadership qualities make her an outstanding role model.

She loves sports, particularly football; she participated in the first ever SWEP ladies football tournament.

She is the owner and founder of ChemHive Tutorial YouTube Channel for beginners in Chemical Engineering. She believes that as long as you are alive, there is so much to achieve; everyone is unique in their own way; all it needs is chiseling, clear determination, discipline, education, and most importantly, God.
