Mother of Four Missing Pupils Breaks Down in Tears as Abia LG Boss and DPO Visit

Mrs. Oluchi Chimobi Agha, the distraught mother of four missing pupils from Great Ambassadors School in Umuahia, could not contain her emotions as she broke down in tears while narrating the harrowing ordeal. This was during a visit made by Abia Local Government boss and Divisional Police Officer to her home.

Mrs. Oluchi Chimobi Agha, the mother of the four missing pupils of Great Ambassador's School in Umuahia, on Tuesday broke down in tears while narrating how her children, including a set of twins, disaapeared last week, on their way to school thus leaving her in anguish.

Mrs. Agha recounted the tragic incident during a visit to their residence by the Chairman of Umuahia North Local Government Area, Victor Ikeji, and the Divisional Police Officer of Ohuhu Police division, Mr. Jack Robin.

According to Mrs. Agha, she entrusted her children to a tricycle operator, commonly known as Keke NAPEP, at 7:00 am on Monday, last week, to transport them to their school at Nwoegwu, Ohuhu. However, the children never returned home at their expected closure hour of 3:00 pm.

Flanked by her husband, Mr. Chimobi Agha, the grief-stricken mother appealed to the local government chairman, the police, other security agencies, and the public at large to assist in the urgent rescue of their children. The couple expressed gratitude to the local government chairman and officials for their support and prayers, expressing hope that their children would be found with the collective effort of Abians and Nigerians.

Chairman Victor Ikeji reassured the Agha family that the Umuahia North Local Government was working collaboratively with the police and other security agencies in the state to rescue the missing children. He emphasized that Governor Alex Otti had been informed of the unfortunate incident and called on various security agencies to intensify efforts in ensuring the safe return of the children.

Accompanied by the DPO of Ohuhu Police division, Mr. Jack Robin, and other officials, Chairman Ikeji warned criminals in Umuahia North to desist from their activities or face the consequences.
