Nasarawa State University Keffi Congratulates Students on Successful FYB Week Celebration
The Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, has commended the student body for the successful organization and peaceful conduct of the recently concluded Students’/Final Year Brethren (FYB) Week celebration.
The week-long event, held from Monday to Friday, was designed to celebrate cultural diversity, showcase student talent, and promote unity and community spirit within the university.
Throughout the celebration, students displayed their creativity and talents through music, dance, visual arts, and other cultural performances, turning the campus into a vibrant space of expression and interaction.
Professor Liman, who addressed the students at the end of the festivities, praised them for their discipline and coordination. “I'm proud of you people—your coordination of the activities that led to a peaceful FYB week and the organization and orderliness of the students,” she remarked.
The event, according to the university leadership, reflects NSUK’s commitment to student welfare, development, and the creation of an inclusive and supportive campus environment.
By fostering unity and encouraging self-expression, the FYB Week continues to play a key role in shaping the social and cultural fabric of student life at Nasarawa State University.
