The presentations highlighted Singapore’s approach to long-term planning, policy coordination, and strategic growth initiatives, and how these have shaped the nation’s progress.

The visit provided the Rectors with practical insights into development planning and governance, while also offering lessons that could inform institutional and national growth strategies in their own contexts.

The programme is designed to enhance the leadership and administrative capacity of heads of tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
