The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) held a retirement ceremony for Mrs. Margaret Boro, Director of NOUN's Service Compact with All Nigerians (SERVICOM-NOUN), on October 10, 2024, at its headquarters in Abuja. During the event, Boro encouraged young administrative officers to embrace resilience, strive for excellence, and remain dedicated to their careers.
