NOUN Nursing Students Undergo OSCE Examination at Awka Study Centre

Nursing students at the Awka Study Centre of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) participated in the 2024 Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) at the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu Teaching Hospital (COOTH), Anambra State.

The examination, overseen by Mrs. Augustina Ezeanoro, Director/Head of Nursing Services at COOTH, tested students' practical skills and competencies. Agbo Darlingson Anibe from NOUN’s Department of Nursing explained that the OSCE, approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, uses simulated clinical scenarios to evaluate students.
