The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has addressed the issue of unclaimed Certificates of Exemption for the 2024 Batch 'A' graduates. In a move aimed at ensuring the efficient management of resources and documentation, Student Affairs Officers (SAOs) across the nation have been directed to return all unclaimed Certificates of Exemption for the 2024 Batch 'A' of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Effective from April 25th, 2024, SAOs are mandated to initiate the process of returning these unclaimed certificates after a six-month period.

The directive, issued by the NYSC Directorate Headquarters, emphasized the importance of accountability and proper handling of official documents. Graduates who fall under the 2024 Batch 'A' and have not collected their NYSC Exemption Certificates are urged to do so promptly. Failure to collect the certificates within the timeframes would result in graduates having to retrieve them directly from the NYSC headquarters.
