NYSC Corps member Dennis Sixtus wins N500K as he Emerges Winner of Unity Bank Corpreneurship Challenge (PHOTOS)

NYSC Corps member Dennis Sixtus wins N500K as he Emerges Winner of Unity Bank Corpreneurship Challenge which held on Friday at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede, myschoolnews reporting.

Corps Member Dennis Sixtus with code number OS/22C/1336 has emerged winner of the Unity Bank Corpreneurship Challenge which held on Friday at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede.

Mr. Jimoh Adisa, the Branch Manager for Unity Bank Oshogbo along with other representatives from Unity Bank listened to the 10 finalists for the Unity bank Corpreneurship Challenge defend their business proposals which they had submitted as entries for the competition.

The finalists each introduced their businesses and gave a brief history of their businesses describing their journey so far and goals for the future. They also broke down their cost, assets and what they intended to do if they were awarded with the grant from the Bank.

After stating their plans for the money if awarded, they were asked series of questions by the panel of judges and then the winners were announced. Sixtus Dennis, a member of platoon 6 and a Corps Camp Director won the first position as he wowed the Judges with his presentation on cosmetology and written proposal winning a grant of N500,000. Mba Obinna Eugene was 2nd winning N300,000 and Amarachi Jesse was 3rd winning N200,000.

 The State Coordinator, Mrs Olayinka Abdulwahab congratulated the winners urging them to make the best of what they have been given. Consolation prizes were equally given to the 4th - 8th position respectively.
