NYSC Sets Starting Date For 2025 Batch C Orientation Course

The National Youth Service Corps has confirmed the operational schedule for the 2025 Batch C Orientation Course, setting the stage for the mobilisation of thousands of prospective corps members nationwide.

According to details released by the NYSC Directorate, all orientation camps across the country will open simultaneously as preparations intensify for the annual three-week induction programme.

The Directorate noted that the Orientation Course remains the formal entry point into national service, combining paramilitary drills, citizenship lectures, skills-development sessions and community engagement designed to prepare graduates for their primary assignments.

The official timetable for the 2025 Batch C stream is as follows:

Camp Opens: Wednesday, 19 November 2025
Registration: Wednesday, 19 November to midnight of Friday, 21 November 2025
Swearing-In Ceremony: Friday, 21 November 2025
Camp Closes: Tuesday, 9 December 2025

NYSC officials emphasise that all prospective corps members are expected to comply strictly with the registration window, as late entries will not be entertained once portal and in-camp registration formally close.
