Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University is set to host a cultural event, the inaugural Opuluiche Festival of Arts which is scheduled to take place on Friday, 5th July 2024. The festival promises to be a celebration of creativity and cultural heritage, showcasing a diverse array of artistic expressions from within and beyond the university community.
The event, which is to hold at the ETF Auditorium on the Igbariam Campus, is set to attract lovers of art, culture, and innovation.
