In a significant move to support education within Ondo Central Senatorial District, Senator Adeniyi Adegbonmire has donated multi-million Naira worth of instructional materials to schools and higher institutions across the district. The distribution took place at St. James' Mega Primary School, Irowo, Akure, Ondo State’s capital.

The initiative, named ‘Back to School,’ aims to provide much-needed support to indigent students and pupils amid ongoing economic challenges. According to Senator Adegbonmire, this gesture is part of his broader efforts to uplift the quality of education in the constituency. He emphasized that the donation is not only meant to encourage students but also to strengthen teaching channels and improve communication in classrooms.

The educational materials distributed include laptops, public address systems, projectors, magnetic boards, and school bags. Senator Adegbonmire, who also chairs the Senate Committee on Judiciary, Human Rights, and Legal Matters, revealed that over 10,000 notebooks would be provided to each of the six local governments within the senatorial district.
