SPGS Staff Congratulate Professor Ari on His Appointment as DVC (Academic) at NSUK

A delegation of Members of Staff from the School of Postgraduate Studies (SPGS), Nasarawa State University, Keffi, has paid a courtesy visit to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), Professor Maikano Muhammad Ari, on Wednesday, 3rd September, 2025.

The purpose of the visit was to congratulate Professor Ari on his well-deserved appointment as Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) and Chairman of the SPGS Board.

Speaking on behalf of the delegation, the Dean of the Postgraduate School, Professor Abdullahi Adamu Sulaiman, expressed delight over Professor Ari’s remarkable achievements that led to his appointments. He further assured the DVC of the board’s full support and collaboration towards the continued development of the University.

In his response, Professor Maikano Muhammad Ari expressed appreciation to the board members for their visit. He also extended his gratitude to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sa’adatu Hassan Liman, for her unwavering commitment to the growth and development of the institution.

Professor Ari commended the Dean for efforts in raising the academic standards of the school, describing it as a "focal point of the University" that shall be managed with excellence and care. He encouraged the board members to remain dedicated and to serve as ambassadors of NSUK's academic growth and development .
