S.U.G President of University of Maiduguri Attends Thrilling Inter-Faculty Football Final

In a spirited display of school spirit and unity, the Student Union Government President, Comr. Munir Hassan Nababa, graced the final showdown of the Inter-Faculty Football Competition held earlier today evening at the University of Maiduguri.

Accompanied by his dedicated team of executives, which included the Vice President, Secretary General, Financial Secretary, Social Director, and P.R.O, among others, the S.U.G President brought an air of enthusiasm and support to the event. The Presidential Aide Council members were also present, adding to the grandeur of the occasion.

In an electrifying final match, the Faculty of Education emerged victorious, securing the coveted Inter-Faculty Trophy. The prestigious trophy was presented to the winning team by the esteemed Vice Chancellor.

However, the excitement didn't stop there. S.U.G President Comr. Munir Hassan Nababa, along with the Speaker of the Student Representative Assembly (SRA), presented an honorable award to Isah Damya Saleh. Isah, a final-year student, showcased exceptional dedication during the initial stages of the Inter-Faculty Football Competition. Unfortunately, he sustained a leg fracture during a match between the Faculty of Sciences and the Faculty of Engineering at the Nuga Field. The S.U.G President extended his heartfelt prayers for Isah's swift recovery.

This event was a true testament to the spirit of unity and sportsmanship within the University of Maiduguri.
