TASU Vice-Chancellor Meets with United Campus Christian Fellowship (UCCF) and MSSN Delegation

In a harmonious display of interfaith cooperation, the United Campus Christian Fellowship (UCCF) and the Muslim Students Society of Nigeria (MSSN) recently paid a visit to the Vice-Chancellor of Taraba State University, Jalingo , Professor Sunday Paul Bako. This visit aimed to establish a rapport with the university's leadership.

The delegation, representing both UCCF and MSSN, convened in the Vice-Chancellor's office. Among those present were notable individuals such as Daniel Benson, the Financial Secretary of UCCF, and Dozonga K Lumunga, the Coordinator of UCCF. The delegation also included Al-Amin Abdullahi, the Ameer of MSSN, Abubakar Abubakar Abubakar, the Secretary-General of MSSN, and other distinguished members.

During the meeting, the delegation expressed their appreciation for Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sunday Paul Bako, referring to him as a "Workaholic Vice Chancellor" deeply committed to the betterment of both university staff and students. They commended his dedication to their welfare, viewing him as a leader who prioritizes their interests and dreams.

In response, the Vice-Chancellor acknowledged the delegation's vital role in promoting peace and mutual coexistence on campus. He praised the atmosphere of harmony that prevails within the university, attributing it to the efforts of these student organizations. He encouraged them to continue their commendable work, recognizing that meaningful development thrives best in an environment devoid of discord.
