The event, held at the University Auditorium, attracted a diverse audience comprising management, staff members, and students, with Vice-Chancellor Prof. Francisca Oladipo virtually joining the gathering.
Organized by the Faculty of Management and Social Sciences, the lecture featured Dr. Adeyemi Emmanuel, Head of the Department of Business Administration, as the keynote speaker. Dr. Emmanuel delivered an insightful discourse on managing workplace conflicts and their impact on organizational sustainability.
Dr. Farohunbi Samuel, Coordinator of Human Capacity Development and organizer of the lecture series, opened the event, acknowledging its significance and praising Prof. Oladipo's leadership.
