Gloria and Victoria Guerrier, 17-year-old twin sisters at West Hempstead Secondary School in New York, have achieved exceptional academic success by securing the top two positions in their graduating class of 2023. Gloria stands as the valedictorian with an impressive GPA of 105.3, while Victoria is the salutatorian with a GPA of 104.9. Notably, their academic records boast no grades lower than 100, and they consistently ranked in the top 5% of their class.

The twins' remarkable accomplishments are the result of years of dedication and friendly competition. They have continuously motivated each other to excel academically, using their grades as a source of inspiration for self-improvement. Gloria Guerrier explained, "Whenever I would get a certain grade, and it wouldn't look like hers, we would always compete, and it really helped us push each other and improve and always constantly reflect on how we're doing."

Beyond academics, the Guerrier sisters are involved in a wide range of extracurricular activities and community service. They are members of prestigious honor societies, including the National Honor Society, the Math Honor Society, the Science Honor Society, and the Spanish Honor Society. Furthermore, they actively participate in various clubs, such as the Key Club, the Student Government Association, the Yearbook Club, and the Chess Club. Their commitment to community service is evident through volunteering at local hospitals, libraries, food pantries, and churches. They have also competed in academic competitions like the Science Olympiad, Math Olympiad, and National History Day.
