UNIABUJA 2024/2025 Remedial (Pre-degree) Programme Admission Form Now Available

The University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) has officially released the admission form for its Remedial (Pre-degree) Science Programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

This one-year, two-semester programme is specifically designed for science students, offering foundational courses in Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. At the end of each semester, students will take examinations in these subjects, preparing them for admission into science-related undergraduate programmes at UNIABUJA.

Admission Requirements

Candidates interested in the Remedial Science Programme must meet the following criteria:

• Have attempted Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science, and Mathematics in NECO/SSCE, GCE 'O' Level, or NABTEB examinations.
• Obtain at least four (4) credits in one sitting, with three credits from the stated science subjects.
• Admission is competitive and subject to the availability of quota.

Programme Duration

The remedial programme runs for one academic session, during which students will undergo intensive studies. To secure admission into UNIABUJA after the programme, students must:

• Pass the JAMB UTME examination.
• Register for Post-UTME.
