The management of the University of Abuja UNIABUJA is set to get an engineering workshop, auto shop, and Automotive Engineering programmes after solicitation from the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC).

A delegation from the University of Abuja led by the representative of the Vice-Chancellor, Professor  Clement Alawa, last week, paid a  courtesy call on the director-general of the National Automotive Design and Development Council (NADDC), Engr. Jelani Aliyu.

Alawa, who is the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) of the University solicited for the Council's  support  in all aspects of Automotive Engineering including Railway Engineering (Locomotives), Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Electric Car), Aeronautic Engineering (Automotive), Mechanical Engineering ( Automobile), and in the  building of Auto workshop, etc. Jelani assure the team of his support especially in the building of engineering workshop and  auto shop.
