UNICROSS elects new SUG executives as the new President makes instant appointments

The newly elected executive of the Students Union Government (SUG) at the University of Cross River State took an oath of service, pledging their commitment to their respective offices.

The new executive is led by Humphrey Udop Ugbodim  as the President, Theresa Akpoke as Vice President, Timothy EkawuJnr  as the Secretary-General; Noble Tom ( Notty Baba)  as the Director of Socials and Charity Kiyie  as the Financial Secretary.

Also inaugurated were Vice president and assistant Secretary from OBUBRA, OGOJA and OKUKU Campus, Director of Information, Director of Welfare and Director of Sports. 

Dignitaries present were officials from the State government, the Vice Chancellor, school management, deans of various faculties, heads of departments, the SUG President of Unical, students, and well-wishers.

In his address, the President emphasized his dedication to upholding the university's rules and regulations. He also promised to go above and beyond his campaign promises, working tirelessly for the betterment of the students and the university as a whole. 

According to report by Myschoolnews correspondent, the President made two instant appointments; Chief Of staff and Chief Security Officer.
