UNILAG DLI to Mark World Distance Learning Day with Walk and Community Outreach

The Distance Learning Institute (DLI), University of Lagos, will join the global community to commemorate World Distance Learning Day on Thursday, August 28, 2025, with a sensitization walk and community engagement outreach.

Themed “Improving Access to Education via Open and Distance Learning Mode,” the sensitization walk around the Akoka campus of UNILAG will begin at 10:00 a.m., while the community engagement outreach will take place at 2:00 p.m. at the Oba Iwaya Palace, Iwaya, Lagos.

Members of the University community and the general public are invited to participate.
