These scammers are attempting to deceive the public and extract money from them. They use fake social media platforms such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Messenger to make fraudulent demands, pretending to be the Vice Chancellor.

It is crucial to note that Prof. Egbewole does not have any official presence on these social media platforms.

The University of Ilorin advises the public to exercise caution and vigilance, avoiding interactions with these unscrupulous individuals who are engaging in fraudulent activities.
