The Management of the University of Uyo(UNIUYO) has issued an urgent notice to her students on vacation of the school hostels as concerns the NUC's directive for all university authorities to close schools, Myschoolnews report.
Sequel to the directive from the Nigerian Universities Commission (NUC) that all Universities be shut down from Wednesday, February 22, 2023 to March 14, 2023 for election purposes, I have been directed to inform all the students residing in the hostels to vacate their halls of residence on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.
All students are hereby enjoined to comply with this directive as defaulters will be evicted by 9.00a.m on February 22, 2023.
