University of Ilorin Graduate Hajarah Yusuf Ovayoza Makes History with Outstanding Achievement

Hajarah Yusuf Ovayoza, a 22-year-old mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Ilorin, has been recognized for her exceptional academic performance and leadership skills.

She has received the Award of Excellence from the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineering as the Best Graduating Female Student in her department, graduating with a First Class degree in Mechanical Engineering and a CGPA of 4.62/5.00.

Ovayoza's academic journey was marked by perseverance and determination, having repeated a class after transferring schools eight years ago.
