Graduates are advised to collect their certificates within the specified period to avoid the reactivation of the weekly penalty after June 2, 2025. The university has also introduced a courier service for the collection of unclaimed certificates, allowing graduates to receive their certificates through courier delivery.

Certificates will be available at the university premises between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
