University of Maiduguri Issues Staff Gate Pass Cards
Staff members are required to present a valid means of identification when collecting their cards.

The University of Maiduguri has announced the collection of staff gate pass cards for all personnel who filled out and returned the Bio-Data Form to the Security Division. Staff members are required to present a valid means of identification when collecting their cards.
The University has advised staff to carry their gate pass cards when entering or exiting the campus gates, as they will be subject to security checks. The cards are essential for staff identification and security protocols.
In case of loss or damage, staff will be required to pay a fee of Five Thousand Naira (N5,000) at the Bursary Department for card reproduction. Additionally, staff who wish to obtain an extra card for an additional vehicle will be charged Three Thousand Naira (N3,000).
The notice was issued by Major Abiya Mohammed (rtd), the Chief Security Officer of the University.
