Nasarawa State Governor and NSUK VC Receive Prestigious Awards

The Verbatim Awards Ceremony, marking its 13th anniversary, was held on April 3, 2025, at the Shehu Musa Yar’adua Centre. The event honored outstanding leaders, including Nasarawa State Governor, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule, and Professor Sa'adatu Hassan Liman, Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi.

Governor Sule received the esteemed "Governor of the Year in Good Governance and Integrity Award" for his commitment to ethical governance and development in Nasarawa State. This recognition underscores his efforts to promote transparency and accountability in the state's administration.

Professor Sa'adatu Hassan Liman, the first female indigenous Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Keffi, was awarded the Distinguished Patriot Award. This honor acknowledges her significant contributions to academia and her dedication to fostering education in Nigeria.
