Usman Danfodiyo University Sokoto Declares Public Holidays for Eidil Fitr Celebration

The management of Usman Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUS) has declared Monday, March 31st, and Tuesday, April 1st, 2025, as public holidays for both staff and students. The holidays are in observance of the Eidil Fitr celebration, as declared by the Federal Government.

According to a statement released by the Director of Information and Public Relations, I.M. Yauri, all university offices will remain closed during the holidays, except for those on essential duties.

The university wishes all staff and students a happy Eidil Fitr celebration and reminds them to switch off all electrical appliances in their offices before leaving for the holidays.
