Yobe State University Notifies Newly Admitted Students of Matriculation Gown Payment

Yobe State University has announced the payment procedure for matriculation gowns for newly admitted students for the 2024/2025 academic session.

To secure a matriculation gown, students must log in to the Student Portal, generate an invoice, and complete payment of N500 using their preferred payment platform.

The deadline for payment is Monday, April 7, 2025. Gowns will only be allocated to students who complete payment by this date. Distribution of gowns will begin on Monday, April 7, 2025, and end on Tuesday, April 8, 2025.

Students must print and retain their payment receipts to collect their gowns. Gowns must be returned to the Students Affairs Division on or before Wednesday, April 9, 2025, to avoid charges or penalties.
