A group of concerned students from Yobe State University has penned an open letter to the university's Student Union Government (SUG) and other student associations, condemning the alleged bullying and harassment of students by unofficial Nigerian Army personnel on Uniform Day.

The students expressed deep concern and outrage over the incident, which they claim has left many feeling intimidated, humiliated, and traumatized. They urged the SUG and other unions to take immediate action to address the situation and ensure that those responsible are held accountable.
