Young Nigerian Mother Balances Motherhood and Studies, Graduates as Double First-Class Lawyer

Ayeni Oluwabusola Mary, a resilient young Nigerian mother, has made remarkable academic history by graduating with first-class honours from both Osun State University (LLB) and the Nigerian Law School, all while raising her daughter and managing family responsibilities. 

Mary began her academic journey at Osun State University, where she studied Law and graduated in 2021 with an outstanding 4.80 CGPA out of 5.00. 

Her performance earned her the title of best graduating student from the Faculty of Law and the second-best overall in her class.

Following her undergraduate success, she gained admission into the Nigerian Law School—a challenging step for aspiring legal practitioners in the country. 

Despite the intense demands of the Bar program and her role as a wife and mother, Mary excelled once again, graduating with a first-class degree. She often recalls how, in her early years, she admired prize-winning students from afar, wondering what set them apart.
