10 NYSC Corps Members Set for Youth Exchange Course in India

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced that 10 corps members are scheduled to travel to India on Sunday to participate in a Youth Exchange Programme organized by the Indian National Cadet Corps. This annual program, held in commemoration of the Independence Anniversary of the Republic of India, attracts participants from various continents.

The NYSC's Director of Press and Public Relations, Eddy Megwa, stated in a release on Saturday that the pre-departure briefing took place at the Indian High Commission in Abuja. Brigadier General YD Ahmed, the NYSC Director-General, expressed gratitude for the invitation, emphasizing its significance in showcasing the potential of Nigerian youth and fostering an understanding of socio-economic similarities and differences between the two countries.
