2024 General Admission Requirements for ABSU

2. JAMB Score: Applicants must obtain a minimum JAMB UTME score of 180 to be considered for admission into Abia State University.

3. Correct JAMB Subject Combination: It is crucial to choose the appropriate JAMB subject combination relevant to the desired course. Aspirants are advised to consult the JAMB Brochure for accurate information.

4. Participation in ABSU Post UTME/Screening: Candidates must actively participate in the ABSU Post UTME/Screening exercise to be eligible for admission consideration.

2. A' Level/IJMB Passes: Candidates must possess 'A' level/IJMB passes in two subjects related to their area of study or JUPEB/A’ Level passes in related subjects.

3. Degree Requirement: For certain courses, candidates must hold a Degree (First Class/Second Class Upper) in related fields.

4. Additional Qualifications: Direct entry candidates are required to purchase the ABSU Direct Entry form through the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and ABSU Portal.
