2024 General Admission Requirements for ESUT

Here is Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Admission Requirements for 2024/2025 academic session unveiled.

For UTME Candidates:

1. Possess at least 5 credit passes in O'level subjects including Mathematics and English, obtained in not more than two sittings.

2. Choose the correct JAMB subject combination for your desired course.

3. Obtain a minimum UTME score of 150.

4. Select ESUT as your first choice of institution.

5. Participation in the ESUT Post UTME screening exercise is mandatory.

6. Attain the age of 16 by October of the admission year.

7. Meet the departmental cut-off mark for your chosen course.

For Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:

1. Fulfill the O'level requirements as stated above.

2. Purchase the Direct Entry form through JAMB and ESUT.

3. Select the appropriate JAMB subject combination.

4. Choose ESUT as your first choice of institution.

5. Participate in the ESUT screening exercise.

6. Attain the age of 16 by October of the admission year.

7. Present relevant qualifications such as First Class Degree, Second Class, and Upper Credit in related fields, or a minimum of Merit Pass in NCE, ND, and other Advanced Level Certificates depending on the course.

8. Some courses may accept JUPEB and IJMB A’level results with satisfactory performance.
