The Adamawa State Government has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Command Science Secondary School in Numan, with a pledge to provide continued assistance to enhance the school's academic environment.

 

Deputy Governor Professor Kaletapwa Farauta gave the assurance during a meeting with school officials, led by Commandant Lt. Col. Musa Garba Abubakar, emphasizing the government's dedication to revitalizing the institution and ensuring its success.

"The government will not rest until we see Command Science Secondary School Numan thrive," Professor Farauta stated, highlighting the Fintiri-led administration's prioritization of education sector transformation in Adamawa State.

The meeting also addressed the school's challenges, including infrastructure issues, staffing shortages, and student enrollment difficulties. Lt. Col. Abubakar commended the Deputy Governor for her role in establishing the school and her ongoing efforts to improve education in the state.

 

The school has achieved notable successes, including the graduation of its first two sets of students, who earned scholarships to study abroad due to their exceptional performance. School officials presented the Deputy Governor with a special gift to acknowledge her invaluable support and contributions to the development of Command Science Secondary School Numan and the broader education sector in the state.
