Adamawa State University, Mubi, is set to hold its Convocation Ceremony on Saturday, November 1, 2025.
In preparation for the event, Faculty Officers have been instructed to collect Congregation Gowns for eligible members of their faculties.
The gown collection details are as follows:

- Time: 9:00 am
- Venue: Academic Division (Usman Takaya's Office)
Eligible participants are required to present a photocopy of their University ID Card .
