AIFUE Sets New Cut-Off Mark for 2024/2025 UTME Candidates
Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education (AIFUE) Owerri has set its cut-off mark at 140 for the 2024/2025 UTME. Candidates who scored 140 or higher and initially chose the former Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education should update their choice to AIFUE on the JAMB portal. Those who did not select AIFUE as their first choice are also encouraged to make the change.
Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education (AIFUE) Owerri, the newly upgraded pioneer education university in Imo State, has announced important updates for prospective students regarding the 2024/2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
In a press release signed by the Acting Registrar, Barrister Ben Francis Anyanwu, the university has set its cut-off mark at 140 for the upcoming academic session. Candidates who scored 140 and above in the UTME and initially selected the former Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education as their institution are advised to update their choice to Alvan Ikokwu Federal University of Education Owerri on the JAMB portal. This change can be made at any accredited JAMB CBT Center or directly at the AIFUE CBT Center.
The university also welcomes applications from candidates who did not originally choose AIFUE as their first choice. These students are encouraged to visit any accredited JAMB CBT Center or JAMB Office to revise their choice to AIFUE.
Recently, AIFUE has received full accreditation from the National Universities Commission (NUC) to offer 25 programs, enhancing its position in Nigerian higher education.
