The Management of Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, has released the Second Semester 2024/2025 Examination Timetable for all students under its Consultancy Programmes.

Students are strongly advised to adhere strictly to all examination rules and regulations as contained in Section 9 of the Students’ Handbook, and to take note of the following important guidelines:

  1. Dress Code: All students must dress decently. The use of crop tops, sleeveless shirts, shorts, or any form of revealing clothing is strictly prohibited.
  2. No Bags Allowed: Students are not permitted to bring school bags into the examination halls. Defaulters will face disciplinary action.
  3. No Phones: The use of mobile phones or similar electronic devices is not allowed within the examination halls.
  4. Clean Environment: Keep the examination halls clean and free from any unauthorized materials such as textbooks, notes, or papers.
  5. Identification: Each student must present a valid ID Card, Blue Card, or duly stamped school fees receipt as proof of payment and eligibility to sit for the examination.

The Polytechnic also reiterated its zero-tolerance stance on examination malpractice, warning that any student found guilty will face the full consequences as outlined in the Students’ Handbook.

A copy of Section 9 of the handbook, detailing the rules and penalties for examination misconduct, has been attached alongside the timetable for easy reference.
