According to the memo from the Dean to all students at Gubi Campus, it has been brought to the Division's attention that some students, predominantly females, have engaged in the unauthorized picking of beds that have not yet been officially received by the University. The beds remain in the custody of the contractor, awaiting official clearance for distribution to students.
In light of this, the memo advises any student involved in this act to promptly return the beds. Failure to comply will result in the mobilization of security personnel to conduct room-by-room searches to recover the beds. Those found in possession of the unauthorized beds will face the full consequences of University laws, risking forfeiture of their right to stay in the hostel.
