AUN Faculty Member, Dr. Charles Nche, Promoted to Associate Professor

The American University of Nigeria (AUN) is pleased to announce the promotion of Dr. Charles Nche to the position of Associate Professor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, effective May 2024.

Dr. Nche, who joined AUN in 2012, has over 17 years of industry experience and 12 years of academic experience. He has made significant contributions to the development of the University, playing a major role in the establishment of the AUN Graduate School and the School of Engineering. He has also served in various administrative capacities, including Interim Dean of the School of Information Technology and Computing (SITC), Dean of the School of Graduate Studies, and Chair of several departments.

Dr. Nche's research interests include computer networks, digital communication systems, and photonics. He has supervised several Master's and Doctoral dissertations and theses and has presented at numerous conferences and peer-reviewed journals.
