This prestigious university has 11 Faculties with 45 Disciplines or Courses duly accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC).

 In the Faculty of Agriculture, ACU runs Bachelor of Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension, Animal Science, and Agricultural Crop Science.

Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences parades courses such as Medical Laboratory Science, Radiology and Radiation Science, Environmental Health Science and Nursing.

For Faculty of Communication and Media Studies, there is Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication.
