Benue State University Issues Pre-Admission Requirements for 2024/2025 Session
Benue State University calls on 2024 UTME/Direct Entry candidates to upload their O'level results and offers opportunities for changing institutions or programs.
Benue State University (BSU) has requested all candidates who applied for admission into its programmes and scored 150 or above in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or through Direct Entry, to upload their O'level or A'level results immediately. Candidates are advised to visit the nearest JAMB office or a JAMB accredited CBT centre to complete this process.
This marks the first step in the university's pre-admission exercise for the 2024/2025 academic session, which includes Post UTME registration and screening. All concerned candidates are urged to take this process seriously and act promptly in preparation for the commencement of the admission session.
Additionally, candidates who did not initially choose Benue State University as their first choice but wish to switch to BSU, or those who want to change their programme within the institution, can do so during this period by visiting a JAMB office or accredited CBT centre.
For more information on the newly introduced programmes in the Faculties of Architecture, Communication and Media Studies, and Technology and Industrial Studies, candidates and the general public are advised to visit the official BSU website at www.bsum.edu.ng.
The university has assured that detailed guidelines for the Post UTME and Direct Entry registration will be released soon. Candidates and the general public are encouraged to regularly check the university's website and other media outlets for updates. It is also advised that all admission-related processes, including result uploads and changes in institution or programme, be carried out at JAMB offices or accredited CBT centres, in compliance with JAMB admission guidelines.
