Borno State University VC Honoured By YVFPI

The Youth Vanguard for Peace Initiative has presented to the Vice Chancellor, BOSU, Professor Umar Kyari Sandabe  an Award of ‘’recognition’’ for his Numerous Achievements to the growth and Development of Nigeria Nation, myschoolnews Report.

The Presentation took place in his office.

Leader of the delegation Comrade Abraham Joseph, said the decision to present the award to the VC is based on his contribution to social security and youth/human development. 

Comrade Abraham said, the formation of their organization is to advocate for good governance and peaceful co-existence in the society, and also educate and enlightened the youth about the value of life. 

In his response the Vice Chancellor, Professor Umar Kyari Sandabe thanked the team for the recognition. He said, the award is not only for him but the entire management of BOSU. 

He expresses gratitude for the award describing it as combined effort of the management as one person cannot do it. 

Professor Sandabe, advised them as youth to be good leaders of tomorrow with good moral attitude because the future of the country will be in their hands and urged them not to be involved in temptations especially with the technology of these days.

Climax of the event was the presentation of the Award to the VC and a group photo.
