Olabode's academic achievement sets him apart as the only first-class graduate in his department at the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
Olabode graduated with a bachelor's degree in Employment Relations & Human Resource Management from the University of Lagos, where he distinguished himself as the top performer in his department. His exceptional academic performance earned him the prestigious title of the highest grade point scorer in the Department of Employment Relations & Human Resource in the university's history, spanning over 42 years since 1982.
