COE Akwanga SUG Secretary General Appoints New Staff Members

The Students' Union Government (SUG) Secretary General of the College of Education (COE), Akwanga, has made four significant appointments to serve under his administration. Comrade Mikaila Muhammad, who also holds the position of Majority Leader in the Nasarawa State Students Parliament, has approved the appointments of trusted individuals to strategic roles.

The newly appointed officers are:

1. Hamza Usman - Personal Assistant on Special Duty (Integrated Science/Biology Department, NCE 3)

2. Nuhu Dogara - Special Adviser on Special Duty (Chemistry/Biology Department, NCE 3)

3. Onkpoku Tanko Israel - Special Assistant on Media and Publicity (Economics/Social Studies Department, NCE 2)

4. Mansir Musa - Chief of Staff (Islamic Studies/Social Studies Department, NCE 2)

Comrade Mikaila Muhammad emphasized that these appointments were made based on the individuals’ commitment, trustworthiness, and contributions to his successful emergence as Secretary General. He expressed his confidence in their dedication to serving the student community and noted that they would be rewarded periodically for their service.

The Secretary General also highlighted that these appointments could be terminated without notice if any of the appointees are found engaging in actions that tarnish his image or that of the College of Education, Akwanga.
