The Honourable Commissioner for Health in Yobe State has visited the Shehu Sule College of Nursing Sciences in Damaturu to assess two major projects recently completed at the institution. The projects include a newly constructed Library Complex and a renovated ICT Centre.

During the inspection, the Commissioner expressed satisfaction with the progress and commended the Provost of the College for her innovative leadership in advancing nursing and midwifery education in the state. He highlighted the importance of the new facilities in enhancing academic excellence and professional development for students of nursing and midwifery.

The Library Complex, which is set to be commissioned soon, is expected to significantly expand the educational resources available to students. Equipped with modern technology, the facility aims to bolster the College's mission of delivering high-quality nursing education through innovative and technology-driven practices.

The renovated ICT Centre also marks a significant milestone in improving digital learning infrastructure for students and staff.
