Covenant University Chancellor Urges Students to Pursue Productive Activities During Omega Semester Break
Dr. David O. Oyedepo, Chancellor of Covenant University, advised students to engage in productive and spiritual activities during their Omega Semester break. Addressing students at the Departure Assembly, he stressed avoiding idleness and focusing on constructive pursuits, quoting Biblical verses and Evangelist Billy Graham to underline his message.

Dr. David O. Oyedepo, Chancellor of Covenant University, has urged students to engage in productive activities during their Omega Semester break. Speaking at the Departure Assembly, he emphasized spiritual growth and warned against idleness, quoting John 6:63 and Evangelist Billy Graham. Dr. Oyedepo encouraged students to prioritize work over pleasure and use their holiday for constructive activities.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Abiodun H. Adebayo praised students for their improved exam conduct and highlighted the University's achievements over the session. Registrar Mrs. Regina Tobi David advised students to spend their break wisely and remember their role as University ambassadors. The event was attended by other University officials, including Deputy Vice-Chancellor Professor Olujide Adekeye.
