The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) has emphasized the critical role of entrepreneurship education in driving innovation, problem-solving, and economic self-reliance in Nigeria.

During the university's second graduation ceremony for its Certificate in Entrepreneurship Education (NEE) program, Prof. Olufemi Peters, NOUN's Vice-Chancellor, highlighted the importance of cultivating a culture of entrepreneurship.

Eighty-eight students graduated from the program, which aims to equip individuals with practical skills to become job creators and contribute to societal transformation. Keynote speaker Dr. Osazee Joshua Obaseki-Osemwegie encouraged graduates to apply their skills creatively and build strong networks to drive their entrepreneurial ventures.
