Federal Government Condemns Attack on Kebbi School, Vows to Rescue Abducted Girls

The Federal Government of Nigeria has strongly condemned the attack on Government Girls Comprehensive Senior Secondary School, Maga, in Kebbi State, which resulted in the death of the Vice-Principal and the abduction of 25 students.

In a statement, Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, said the government has directed security and intelligence agencies to locate and rescue the abducted girls and bring the perpetrators to justice.

President Bola Tinubu has reiterated the government's commitment to protecting Nigerian citizens, especially schoolchildren.
