Federal Polytechnic Bali Honors NIPOSSGA 2025 Contingent for Outstanding Performance

 A vibrant reception was held today at the Federal Polytechnic Bali to honor the institution's athletic contingent for their exceptional performance at the Nigeria Polytechnic Sports Association Games (NIPOSSGA) 2025 held in Auchi.

The event celebrated the medal-winning athletes whose courage and resilience projected the polytechnic onto the national stage.

The Rector, Dr. Mohammed Usman, who was represented by the Director of Academic Planning, Dr. Yahaya Tukur, welcomed the athletes back and lauded their achievements.

“You have written your names in gold and displayed a winning spirit that we urge you to sustain,” said the Registrar, Alhaji Tukur Lamido, represented by the Deputy Registrar (Establishment), Mal. Hamza Sale.

The Head of Department for Office Technology and Management, Dr. (Mrs) Florence Nnaji, and other dignitaries echoed these sentiments, congratulating the team on their victories across various games and levels.

The coaching staff expressed gratitude for management's support. The team’s Coach, Mal. Hassan Bila Tanko, and the Chairman of the Sports Advisory Committee, Mr. Aaron Nwokocha, specifically thanked the Rector for visiting the team in Auchi, a gesture they noted significantly boosted morale during the competition.

The reception concluded with light refreshments and the presentation of the latest edition of the Polytechnic’s magazine to the honored athletes. The event underscored the institution's commitment to both academic and extracurricular excellence.
