Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda SUG Receives N50,000 from Acting Rector for Salah Festival Celebration

The Student Union Government (SUG) of the Federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda has received a generous donation of N50,000 from the institution's Acting Rector, QS Dr. J.I. Mordi, to support the celebration of the Salah Festival. This significant religious occasion for Muslim students was marked with great enthusiasm and community spirit, thanks to the financial support.

The SUG, led by SEN. COMR. Adeshina Abubakar Ayoola, has demonstrated transparency by providing a detailed breakdown of the expenditure:

- Muslim Students Society of Nigeria (MSSN): N20,000
- Campus Christian Community (CCC): N20,000
- Logistics for the Three Comrades Who Solicited the Funds: N6,000 (N2,000 each)
- Salah Online Giveaway: N4,000

Total: N50,000

This equitable allocation ensures that both Muslim and Christian student bodies benefit from the celebration, fostering inclusivity and unity within the campus community. The funds also covered logistics and an online giveaway to engage students during the festivities.
